Prices are determined per individual, we do our best to deliver the best price by offering deals, discounts and autonomy.

How do I know I'm exercising correctly?

We will require honesty and data, it will be important to keep us in the loop via messaging, videos and images to ensure we give you accurate advice to keep you consistent and safe. We will do what is most comfortable for you.
