Refund policy

Our Commitment We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This policy sets out your options if something goes wrong, and confirms your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Australian Consumer Law Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Physical Products — Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items  If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@holisticfitnessinternational.com. Contact within 14 days helps us investigate delivery issues promptly, but this timeframe does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law."

Physical Products — Change of Mind We do not offer change-of-mind returns as a matter of course. If you have received an item in its original, unused condition and wish to discuss a return, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Any approved change-of-mind return will be at the customer's cost for return shipping, and a refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Coaching Sessions and Consultations Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full credit or refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a session may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session value. No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded. We will always try to reschedule where reasonable notice is given.

Digital Products Where digital products or guides are offered, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
