Coaching services are general fitness and movement coaching only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or therapy of any kind. If you have a medical condition, injury or health concern, please seek advice from an appropriate health professional before commencing any exercise program.

Section 3 — Bookings and Consultations Consultation and coaching session purchases are subject to our booking and cancellation terms, which will be provided to you at the time of booking. Sessions are non-transferable unless agreed in writing. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session where circumstances require, and will provide reasonable notice where possible.

Section 4 — Pricing Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

Section 5 — Payment Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment platform. We do not store your full payment card details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Section 6 — Refunds and Returns Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service and is available on our website. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Section 7 — Shipping Our Shipping Policy is available on our website and sets out dispatch times, delivery estimates and related information.
